Ron Harris
Chief Executive Officer
Ron R. Harris, Managing Director, Harris Preston & Partners, LLC, has substantial operating, transaction and investment experience and relationships. Prior to joining Mr. Preston in the establishment of Harris Preston & Partners, Mr. Harris founded Southwest Capital Partners, a private equity firm focusing on corporate buyouts and select venture financings. Mr. Harris served on the Board of Directors of the San Antonio branch of the Dallas Federal Reserve Bank from 1998 until 2004, where he chaired the Board for three of his six-year term. Mr. Harris also served on the Advisory Board for the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas for four years. Mr. Harris has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Vanderbilt University and an MBA with honors from the University of Texas.

Myk founded Myxer in 2005 and continues to drive the company's strategy and evangelize its vision of mobile as an empowering technology for the individual. A passionate entrepreneur, experienced technologist, and published author, Myk is consumed by the challenge of building a better mobile industry that embraces the openness of the internet. Prior to founding Myxer, Myk built a successful technology consulting firm, and earlier served as lead developer for Citrix's flagship MetaFrame product.
Mike Carson
Chief Marketing Officer
Mike was appointed Chief Marketing Officer of Myxer in June 2010. Prior to joining the Myxer team, Mike served as Vice President in Marketing with FTD.com Flowers and Gifts. Before joining FTD, Mike developed customer acquisition and national direct response programs for the Allstate Insurance Company through his tenure at Ogilvy & Mather. Mike launched the Orbitz.com brand in 2000 as employee number 70, and early career highlights at Leo Burnett include brand development and interactive lead generation for General Motors. Mike received his B.S. in Business Administration - Marketing from Marquette University and his M.B.A from the University of Notre Dame. He serves as an advisor on the Discover Financial Services LLC merchant advisory council.
Tom Severson
Chief Financial Officer
Tom was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Myxer beginning in December of 2008. Prior to joining the Myxer team, Tom was Chief Financial Officer of Nicklaus Companies, LLC (a business owned and operated by Jack Nicklaus and the Nicklaus family). Prior to Nicklaus, Tom held several senior finance positions in the media and entertainment industry including Chief Financial Officer of publisher American Media, Inc, Chief Financial Officer of television station and TV Network operator Paxson Communications (AMEX:ION) and Chief Accounting Officer of television station operator Sinclair Broadcast Group (NASDAQ:SBGI). Tom is a certified public accountant and started his career at the public accounting firm of KPMG Peat Marwick.
Bill Madden
Executive Vice President of Engineering
Bill Madden brings over 20 years of software engineering experience to Myxer. He is tasked with managing the engineering team, and staying true to the corporate mission of helping the mobile phone realize its true potential by simplifying all aspects of mobile content access, sharing and delivery. Before joining Myxer, Bill was a Director of Software Development at Citrix Systems, Inc., where he managed the MetaFrame product team and also served as the engineering liaison to Microsoft Corporation and implemented the technology co-licensing agreement between the two companies.
Jason Ludy
Vice President of Sales Operations
Jason has 14 years of experience in the software and technology industry, and joined Myxer in 2007 to initially lead the Product Management function. He is now responsible for leading the Sales Operations group and working to ensure that Myxer exceeds its revenue goals, primarily by making its advertising clients successful. Jason is generally passionate about anything that goes “up and to the right,” as well helping customers see the value of Myxer's platform. Prior to joining Myxer Jason spent 8 years at Citrix, where he worked as a senior software engineer before serving as a senior manager in the Worldwide Technical Services organization. Jason received his B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Michigan, and hopes to see them return to football glory sooner than later.

Ron R. Harris, Managing Director, Harris Preston & Partners, LLC, has substantial operating, transaction and investment experience and relationships. Prior to joining Mr. Preston in the establishment of Harris Preston & Partners, Mr. Harris founded Southwest Capital Partners, a private equity firm focusing on corporate buyouts and select venture financings. In 1994, Mr. Harris led the effort to acquire Novell's database division, creating Pervasive Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: PVSW). Mr. Harris served as President & CEO of Pervasive from its inception until 2002, and Chairman of the Board until his term expired in December 2003. Mr. Harris led Pervasive's successful IPO in 1997 and secondary offering in 1999. During his tenure, Pervasive significantly expanded its operations, acquired three different companies and established foreign subsidiaries in key countries around the world. In addition, Mr. Harris served on the board of AG-TECH in Nagoya, Japan, and as an investor and board member of Exterprise, Inc. prior to its sale to Commerce One, Inc. (NASDAQ: CMRC), and Journee Software, Inc. prior to its sale to Initiate Systems, Inc.
Prior to acquiring and building Pervasive, Mr. Harris was instrumental in the start of Citrix Systems (NASDAQ: CTXS) of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. While at Citrix, Mr. Harris served as Executive Vice President with responsibility for all marketing, engineering and customer service operations.
Separately, Mr. Harris served on the Board of Directors of the San Antonio branch of the Dallas Federal Reserve Bank from 1998 until 2004, where he chaired the Board for three of his six-year term. Scott Kinnear
Chairman
Scott has over 25 years of software industry experience. Prior to Myxer, he served as Vice President, World Wide Products of Citrix Systems, Inc., where he was responsible for over 500 employees. Scott was the fourth employee at Citrix, and was instrumental in its growth into a large and successful software company. Before Citrix, he spent eight years at IBM.
Gavin Gray
CEO, Selected Interests, Inc.
Gavin is the CEO of Selected Interests, Inc. an Austin, TX based private equity firm. He has had C-Level operating responsibilities in both manufacturing and IT services companies. Mr. Gray has considerable transactional and investment experience in the post-secondary for-profit education, service, software and distribution sectors. Gavin currently serves on the board of directors for Chancellor University, Global Parts Distributors, and Achieve Financial Services.
Mr. Gray is the co-founder/owner of Cobblestone Real Estate Holdings, a real estate development company with commercial properties located in Durham, North Carolina. He is a graduate of Duke University (BA) and Babson College (MBA).
